Yoga Burst

A hybrid, high energy Yoga workout to promote strength, flexibility and tone. YogaBurst offers a fusion of fundamental Yoga postures, limbering and load-bearing outines practiced to music that motivates us to do more than we often felt possible! Focusing on the physical aspects of Hatha Yoga, flowing sequences and core exercises ensure this is a complete body programme although many students also attend regular Yoga classes.
Mixed ability, mixed gender classes, taught in unique circular layout: everyone equal, everyone welcome!
Complements all sports training, for example: Cycling, Running, Football, Weight Training.
